Our classic cookies are made with the finest ingredients. Our cookies are NOT dairy, wheat or nut free. All our cookies have: unbleached flour, butter, white sugar, golden and/or dark brown sugar, eggs and/or egg yolk, salt. Some cookies include: vanilla, milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanuts, peanut butter, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, baking soda, baking powder. We care about our community and whenever possible we source our ingredients locally.

Gluten-free options are available. Our GF cookies are made with gluten-free flour and gluten-free oats.

Kindness Cookies is pleased to offer corporate packages. We can provide large quantities of Kindness Cookies for meetings, boxed cookies for corporate gifts, or individual Kindness Cookies for your waiting room. As retired educators, we are happy to sponsor a program that supports children in our community. A portion of our proceeds will be donated to the local Children’s Nutrition Network. This organization supports programs that bring food and nutrition programs to school communities throughout our region.

Local Pick-up: You can pick up Monday to Friday between 9 and 5 PM. Orders are available for pick-up by appointment only. We will have your cookies ready for pick-up the next day after you order if your order is received before 12:00 p.m. the day prior. Pick-up after these posted hours can be discussed. Please include a comment on your order page.

Local Delivery: We deliver in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas. Orders are delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the day selected. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times but will provide you with window of time to receive the cookies. If you require a specific time call us to confirm. Delivery charges are applied when you check out online.

Ground Shipping: We ship Kindness Cookies anywhere in Malaysia using local couriers or other alternatives. We reserve the right to determine the best delivery service to ship your package. Shipping costs will be determined by size, weight and delivery location. To ensure freshness we only ship Kindness Cookies outside of Kuala Lumpur on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for orders received the previous day by 12 p.m. We cannot guarantee that cookies shipped will not be damaged or delayed.

We only collect information through our online order system that is necessary to complete your transaction.
